During 2025, our community faced unprecedented challenges. With immigrants and Latinx families increasingly targeted by federal law enforcement, we at Bienestar have found ourselves on the front lines, supporting and defending families at risk of unlawful detention.

I am inspired every day by the resilience and dedication of our staff members and our community, as well as by the outpouring of support from our partners, neighbors, donors, and volunteers.

Having a safe, stable home in this environment is especially important, and I’m proud to share this report that highlights some of the ways we met our mission in 2025. With your partnership we helped thousands of people access an affordable home, providing a haven for the most vulnerable during these troubling times.

When we come together as a community we can do remarkable things, and Bienestar remains steadfast in our commitment to building housing, hope, and community for the wellbeing of Latinxs, immigrants, and all families in need.
