We want to know how you feel about the COVID-19 vaccine. It’s important to staff and volunteers of Bienestar that we do everything we can to support public health and overall wellbeing and safety of your families and our communities. If you are a resident of Bienestar, please take this short survey to let us know how you feel about the vaccine, and how you are doing in general.
