Bienestar and its partners are excited to introduce Armonía Apartments, which will bring 72 new affordable homes to McMinnville. The project will feature a welcoming community room for residents, versatile flex office space, and a walking trail perfect for dogs. A portion of the units will be set aside specifically for farmworkers, helping to support those who are vital to the local agricultural community. Inspired by McMinnville’s rich history, Armonía Apartments will offer stable, long-term housing in the heart of Yamhill County’s renowned wine country. Once complete, Bienestar will serve as the long-term owner and operator, providing ongoing support and services to residents.
