The Oregon Worker Relief Fund<\/a> is distributing a second round of relief payments to individuals who do not qualify for federal aid but nonetheless, have lost work and wages and experienced hardship due to Covid-19. Additionally, if you\u2019re a farmworker who\u2019s had Covid-19 and had to isolate, you may be eligible for the Oregon Worker Quarantine Fund<\/a>. Oregon Worker Relief Fund <\/strong>eligibility requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\u2611\ufe0f\"18 years of age or older;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\u2611\ufe0f\"Work and live in Oregon;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\u2611\ufe0f\"An undocumented immigrant;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\u2611\ufe0f\"Lost their wage due to the pandemic; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\u2611\ufe0f\"Is experiencing hardship on account of the pandemic<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A FIRST TIME applicant must have worked in Oregon for at least 60 days before calling the call center to join the waitlist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        *For example, if you call the center on October 5, you will at least have been working no later than August 5, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A SECOND TIME applicant is someone who has already received an initial benefit payment from the Worker Relief Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You cannot apply a second time if you are still waiting for your first approval or payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EACH applicant applying for the Oregon Worker Relief Fund must meet eligibility criteria and submit proof of identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Quarantine Fund For Oregon Farmworkers:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Oregon Worker Quarantine Fund<\/strong> offers up to $1,290 in financial support to farmworkers who self-quarantine for 14 days after being exposed to COVID-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
