The panel brings together Gracie Garcia, Bienestar\u2019s Community Services Director and long-time community organizer in Washington County, Juan Carlos Aguilera, a former Bienestar Promotores Coordinator, and Alejandro Ortega, a current Bienestar resident of Montebello and Board of Directors member.
