You want to work in a team environment where your ideas matter, where social justice is the top priority and where community is being built every day.&nbsp; You\u2019re willing to work hard at a meaningful job where you can use your communications skills and creativity to make a difference in the lives of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong>&nbsp;$25 &#8211; $28.84 per hour DOE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong>: The primary responsibility of the Housing Counselor is to provide comprehensive housing counseling services to families and\/or individuals who need pre-purchase, post-purchase, and default prevention counseling. Duties of the Housing Counselor include coordination of all aspects of service delivery to clients; assist with mortgage modifications; deliver homebuyer education; perform budget and credit counseling; help identify affordable mortgage products; provide education about programs for financial assistance for down-payment and closing costs; and provide outreach services as part of a multi-disciplinary team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:&nbsp;<\/strong>We offer flexible work hours and remote work options, and a competitive compensation package, including health insurance and matching retirement funds.
