Here are a few things to keep in mind to stay safe while you enjoy this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Air conditioning (AC) will be turned on in community rooms for Bienestar residents to cool down starting June 24th through July 2nd.\u00a0<\/strong>Please wear a mask and socially distance. Enter at your own risk due to spread of COVID-19.\u00a0<strong>Please note, no AC at Elm Park 1 and 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours: 9am \u2013 5 pm (2pm-\n5pm at Juniper Gardens 1 &amp; 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some tips for staying safe and healthy when it gets\nreally hot outside:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stay in an air-conditioned indoor location as much as you can (indoor shopping malls &amp; movie theaters are a good place to stay cool).<\/li><li>Drink plenty of water, even if you aren\u2019t thirsty.<\/li><li>Wear loose, lightweight, light-colored clothing.<\/li><li>Avoid strenuous activity in the heat of the day.<\/li><li>Take cool showers or baths.<\/li><li>Close your blinds and curtains to keep sunlight out.<\/li><li>If the temperature falls at night, open your windows to let the cool air in.<\/li><li>Visit a local\u00a0sprayground or fountain.<\/li><li>Use fans but\u00a0do not rely on a fan as your primary cooling device when it is very hot.
