Promotores

Currently we have 10 Promotores who are residents of our properties. Selected as potential peer leaders, they receive special training, attend weekly meetings and make home visits in their communities to provide outreach, referrals and resources to families. They also conduct the door-to-door resident surveys every other year. Promotores currently are active at Montebello, Elm Park, Cornelius Park, Reedville, Jose Arciga, Sunset Gardens, Sierra West, Juniper Gardens and Willow Park.

Resident Services

Resident meetings are held twice a year at each property. We host holiday parties in December and general resident meetings in the summer. Additional special programs and presentations are offered to residents during the year by staff, Promotores and guest speakers. A survey of all residents is conducted every 2 years, and the responses guide the development of our resident service programs.
