PORTFOLIO OF PROPERTIES
We provide homes for approximately 1200 adults and 900 children with Historically 98% of the residents of our properties have been Hispanic.
For twenty-six years, 254 of our apartments were rented only to farmworkers; i.e. at least one member of the household had to be employed in agriculture. That continues as a requirement for eight properties. 278 apartments are for working poor families working in any occupation.
Bienestar properties are managed by Casacade Management.
The financing structures of all the properties includes federal funding sources, so the reporting and compliance requirements for the entire portfolio are very extensive and rigorous. View our Financing Sources >
